70% of the world's oil is extracted through pumping units commonly known as "kowtow machines". Among the various types of pumping units, beam pumping units account for nearly half of the total.

The project covers an area of 89 acres with a total investment of 350 million yuan. Four fully automated welding robot assembly lines will be built in two phases. After the construction procedures are approved in a few days, construction will officially begin. After 11 years of development, the original site, equipment, and production capacity of Shandong Aozhou Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. urgently need to be improved. In terms of equipment, the company's existing manual welding production line is difficult to match the consistency of fully automated robot welding; On the site, there are currently six major production processes distributed in four factories. After one process is completed, forklifts need to be used to transport the products to other factories for processing in the next process, greatly affecting production efficiency; In terms of production capacity, currently producing 5 pumping units per day has reached its limit and cannot meet the expanding market demand.

With the main focus on promoting intelligent manufacturing, the annual production of 60000 tons of intelligent petroleum equipment project undoubtedly conforms to the trend of the times. The first phase of the project will mainly construct a production workshop with a length of 309 meters and a width of 73 meters, using a fully automated welding robot assembly line to connect the current six major production links. This will improve production efficiency and product stability while reducing production costs, "said Fang Linting. In addition, with the addition of advanced equipment such as high-precision machine tools, the processing accuracy and appearance quality of the products will also be improved, reaching an international leading level.

Since its official launch in April this year, the project has progressed very smoothly. Behind this is the nanny style service provided by local government departments. It is reported that the main person in charge of the project in Zibo Economic Development Zone is the contractor. The staff of the Industrial Development Promotion Bureau of the development zone provide full tracking services, from project approval, land acquisition to environmental impact assessment... As long as Shandong Aozhou Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. needs it, the staff are on call and actively guide the enterprise to handle various procedures.
